Career

Özge Özmenlikan is a partner in the Firm, heading Litigation Department.

Özge represents Turkish and multinational clients in complex commercial litigation, rental disputes, employment disputes, customer claims and disputes, torts and amicable settlement negotiations, drafting petitions, due diligence reports and commercial contracts. Her clients are leading Turkish and multinational firms who are active in the retail, franchising and distribution, energy and infrastructure sectors. She also provides corporate law advice, such as drafting memoranda and legal opinions, as well as providing litigation advice on due diligence projects.

With 18 years of experience, she has high success ratio in the cases that she involves by combining her theoretical knowledge and international work experience in many interesting cross-border corporate and commercial litigation matters. She has particular capabilities in multi-disciplinary deals, and she receives clients’ appreciation for clear and commercial approach and purposive advice. She is particularly praised for choosing and implementing a legal strategy that fits client needs and provides flexible remedies.
