Position

Eitan Tzafrir is a partner at M. Firon & Co., focusing on administrative law, constitutional law and regulation. 

Eitan has extensive knowledge and experience in representing and consulting some of Israel’s leading companies and organizations in various areas of regulation.

Previously, Eitan served as a senior professional advisor to the Israeli Cabinet Secretary and as the Chief of Staff to the Minister of Communications, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Eitan was involved in various complex reform processes in the Knesset and government, and with various regulatory authorities. During these roles, Eitan was in charge of the government’s agenda of intergovernmental processes, as well as professional relationships with ministers and their offices. In addition, Eitan was responsible for formulating the Government Secretary’s position for responding to petitions to the High Court of Justice, preparing the agenda of Cabinet meetings, and formulating of government decisions, their coordination with government agencies and monitoring their implementation.

Prior to that, Eitan acted as a strategic consultant and was the editor in chief of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem Law Faculty magazine “Hafakulta”.

On top of the aforesaid, Eitan is also active on the public and social levels, serving as a member of the Friends of the Meir Medical Centre, in Kfar Saba. Eitan previously acted as one of the founders of the “Moreshet” program which was designed to rebuild the infrastructure of national heritage and was a member in the committee of claims for compensation for freezing construction in Judea and Samaria areas in Israel. 

Eitan was the head of Tzafrir & Co. Law Offices until joining M. Firon & Co. in 2016.
