Position

Hila Rosen-Glickstein is a partner at M. Firon & Co. Hila was previously with Epstein, Chomsky, Osnat & Co. and Epstein, Knoller, Chomsky, Osnat, Gilat, Tenenboim & Co. Hila advises clients in Israel and overseas with regard to commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, international cross-borders transactions, raising capital and investments, joint ventures, and distribution, agency and services agreements. Hila also support domestic and international clients in their ongoing business activities.

Hila was the National Tennis Champion of Israel 3 times prior to the year 2000 when she commenced her academic studies. She also represented Israel in international tennis tournaments throughout the world and was a member of Israel’s national “Federation Cup” tennis team for 11 consecutive years.
