Career
Xavier Costa is a partner in the Barcelona office of RocaJunyent and head of the International Department of the firm. He has over 16 years of experience in the area of Corporate, M&A and Commercial Law, particularly in joint ventures, business restructurings and private equity, advising and representing both private and listed companies. Though his practice, Xavier has acquired a deep knowledge of the Tech, Urban Mobility and Real Estate sectors.
He has been consistently recommended by Legal 500 in the area of Corporate/M&A (2019-2021, EMEA) and selected by his peers for inclusion in the Best Lawyers in Spain in the Corporate M&A area (2016-2021).
