He has been practicing as a lawyer since 1989 and has extensive experience as a practicing litigator, acting before all types of civil jurisdictions (Supreme Court, Superior Court of Justice of Catalonia, Provincial Courts and Courts of First Instance and Commercial Law), as well as in arbitration proceedings. He specializes in civil law: contracting, negotiation, in rem rights, civil liability, leases, construction law and, particularly, the right of the person, family and inheritance.

He is a mediator and a specialist in settling disputes.
