Career
Yvonne advises on all aspects of labour and employment law with a special focus on workplace discrimination issues and health and safety at work. Other areas of special expertise include restrictive covenants, bonus and incentives as well as industrial relations (including collective bargaining and dispute resolution). Yvonne has extensive experience in litigation, particularly discrimination litigation, and has represented a great number of employers in the Danish courts, including the Supreme Court, and the European Court of Justice.
