Yvonne advises on all aspects of labour and employment law with a special focus on workplace discrimination issues and health and safety at work. Other areas of special expertise include restrictive covenants, bonus and incentives as well as industrial relations (including collective ‎bargaining and dispute resolution). Yvonne has extensive ‎experience in litigation, particularly discrimination litigation, and has represented a ‎great number of employers in the Danish courts, including the Supreme Court, and the European Court of Justice.
