Partner, Solicitor, and Law Society Accredited Representative in Childcare proceedings. I have 18 years’ experience of representing parents and children in public law proceedings against a local authority and have been accredited since 2008. I have also practiced in matrimonial law, cohabitation, and private law children.

Career

I trained with Fisher Jones Greenwood, qualifying in 2002 and was made a partner in 2017. I have remained in the family team, specialising in Childcare Law and heading that team. I am accredited by the Law Society Children Panel and have been since 2008. I am also a Trustee for the Eastern Legal Support Trust.

I attended Staffordshire University from 1996-2000 completing a LLB Law Degree (2:1) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (commendation).
