Susanne qualified as a solicitor in July 2001 having completed her training contract at a firm of solicitors in Leigh-on-Sea. Upon qualification she joined Fisher Jones Greenwood as a conveyancer before moving across to the Private Client Team in 2003.

In April 2012 Susanne was promoted to Salaried Partner and in 2013 appointed Head of Private Client. In 2014 became a full Equity Partner.
