May joined Gornitzky & Co. as an associate in 2021.

Prior to joining the firm, May worked as an associate in a leading law firm, where she advised on numerous international and local M&A and investment transactions, international initial public offerings and follow-on offerings of securities and ongoing matters.

May’s practice focuses primarily on capital markets, corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. May advises Israeli and multinational clients in relation to their international M&A transactions, public offerings of securities and ongoing business.

May is experienced in representing Israeli companies that are listed on stock exchanges around the world, particularly in the U.S., including dually-listed companies, and regularly advises clients on security offerings, corporate governance issues and interested party transactions.
