Yaniv joined Gornitzky & Co. as an associate in 2020.

Yaniv’s main areas of practice are banking and finance, often in the context of acquisition finance, project finance and other complex structured finance arrangements.
Yaniv represents a broad array of lenders and investors including foreign banks, alternative lenders and some of Israel’s largest financial institutions and leading public and private companies.

Prior to joining the firm, Yaniv served for over than six years as a legal advisor and as a prosecutor in the Israel Defense Force’s Military Advocate General Corps. During that period, Yaniv has gained extensive experience in the fields of administrative and criminal law.
