Career

KSB counsel Ivo Průša has been an advocate since 2011 and he is a member of the Czech Bar Association where he serves as an Examiner for the field of business law since 2015 and as a member of the private law department since 2018.

He specializes in banking, securities and capital markets, investment funds and collective investing, project finance including PPP and contract law.

Ivo Průša is recommended by IFLR1000 as a „Rising Star“ in the area of Banking in the Czech Republic.

During his practice, Ivo has provided legal services to ING Bank, Česká spořitelna, Československá obchodní banka, Komerční banka, J&T Banka, UniCredit Bank, Raiffeisenbank, Equa bank, Expobank, Sberbank, Creditas and many others.

In the past, Ivo participated, for example, in the provision of the following services for ING: statements on the issue of key information document (KIID) and prospectus by a foreign standard fund in the Czech Republic pursuant to Regulation No. 583/2010, establishment of term deposits in ING account, opinion on selected provisions of legislation in relation to liability.
