Former administrator of the land taxation department at the Internal Revenue Service and former legal advisor to the Israeli Tax Authorities and to the Income Tax Assessors, Adv. Mizrahi founded the firm in 2000 and since then have become one of the leading individuals in the field. Serves as Legal Advisor to the Israel Land Appraisers Association as well as Legal Advisor to the Tel Aviv Municipality. Adv. Mizrahi also lectures regularly before professional associations such as: the Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Land Appraisers Association and the Bar Association.
Publishes weekly on the “Globes” newsletter on various topics relating to tax and land taxation.
