Partner Annalisa Esposito has a significant experience in the corporate area with a particular emphasis on complex multi-jurisdictional private equity and LBO/MLBO transactions. Annalisa regularly assists clients not only in the extraordinary transactions but also in the day-by-day corporate matters and commercial contracts. In the last years she has gained significant experience in the area of real estate assisting Italian and international clients in the structuring and negotiation of sophisticated real estate transactions, including student and social housing transactions. She also advises clients in domestic and cross-border insolvency and restructuring transactions. She previously worked at the Rome offices of Carnelutti and Gianni Origoni Grippo Cappelli & Partners
