Partner Amir Goddard brings clients more than 20 years’ experience, with considerable expertise offered in relation to capital markets, securities and commercial law.

Having joined our firm in 1991 as an intern, Amir advises on complex M&A transactions, initial public offerings and secondary offerings, and acts for clients on all aspects of corporate and securities law, representing them in their dealings with the Israel Securities Authority and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

His client roster comprises public and private companies, including some of the largest companies in Israel in the automotive, real estate, and industrial sectors.
