Position

Partner Einat Cherki advises on a wide range of regulatory compliance matters, representing a number of Israel’s leading corporations in proceedings before various authorities, including Knesset committees, government departments, special regulatory commissions, and more.

Einat also has vast experience counseling and acting for clients before administrative forums, such as the High Court of Justice, administrative courts and other tribunals.

She is regularly involved in complex civil and commercail litigation, specializing in class actions and antitrust cases, frequently appearing before the Israeli Antitrust Authority and Antitrust Tribunal.

An extensive client roster comprises energy and industrial companies, healthcare entities, banks, and many more. Einat joined our firm in 2009, after serving as a legal clerk for honorable Supreme Court Justice, Edna Arbel.
