Adv. Dana Hen is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department. Dana specializes in complex civil & commercial litigation in a wide range of legal disputes, with a particular focus on corporate governance; officers and directors’ liability; shareholders’ rights; class actions and derivative actions.

Dana’s clients include some of Israel’s largest holdings companies, prominent businessmen and senior officers and directors, including large pharmaceutical companies, banks, telecommunication firms, energy conglomerates and more.
