• IMMOFINANZ as target in the bidding contest between CPI Property Group and S IMMO (first competing takeover bids since 1999 takeover rules came into force)
• Family-owned holding company on the sale of its majority stake in Austrian food producer WOJNAR Group and entering into a strategic partnership with VIVATIS
• € 356mn combined placement of subordinated mandatory convertible notes (first-to-market in Austria) and share placement by IMMOFINANZ in ABBs
• R-IT as shareholder in CHF 380mn, CHF 350mn and CHF 111mn placements of SoftwareONE shares in ABBs
• R-IT as shareholder in the IPO of SoftwareONE at SIX with CHF 2.9bn market cap
• €390mn strategic acquisition in listed S IMMO by IMMOFINANZ

• RZB on its merger with listed RBI (highest profile banking sector transaction in Austria/CEE in 2017)
• Information service provider (private equity group) on internal investigations and subsequent tax and fiscal criminal law analysis
• Several groups in tax disputes (including fiscal criminal law support) on debt push down structures, goodwill amortization in tax groups, abuse, offshore payments and recipient identification, transfer of IP and license payments, reorganizations
