Position

Coen Thomas is a partner in the corporate law group. Coen represents developers, sponsors, investors, financiers and market parties in relation to the development of (large) projects, with a focus on the energy sector. Coen has extensive experience with innovative commercial contracts and has also worked on service contracts to support the transition to the circular economy.

Before moving to Stek in 2021, Coen worked as a lawyer at Allen & Overy and NautaDutilh and in-house as Managing Counsel Projects EMEA at Shell.
