Graduated in Law with honors at the Milan’s Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, she is enrolled with the Milan Bar Association.

In 2014, she obtained the American Law Certificate at UCL Berkeley, California.

She advises multinational companies, mainly on international contracts drafting, M&A transactions and corporate governance.

She also gains a significant experience on the administrative liability of corporate entities in accordance with the Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 and, in such a context, with reference to the implementation of the relevant Business Organizational Models.
