Ms. Hana holds a Master of Laws in Corporate and Commercial law specialism from London School of Economics and Political Science. She obtained her First-class Honours LLB from University of Liverpool as well as attended Masterclasses at University of Cambridge and University College London (UCL). She has undertaken several internships and trainings from esteemed law firms in London whereby she took part in preparing advices in antitrust obligations and violations, tax law for non-residing foreign companies, business proposals, Intellectual Property enquiries as well as formulating clients’ visas applications. Ms. Hana is a firm believer in the importance of pro bono and has, as such, assisted Syrian immigrants, medical students and small businesses with all their legal matters.
