Efri Berkovich is a Partner in the firm’s Litigation Department, specialising in complex civil and commercial disputes, which frequently involve cross-border elements.

Efri possesses 15 years of extensive experience in representing foreign and Israeli clients before all judicial instances, as well as domestic and international arbitration instances.

Efri provides counsel in a wide range of matters including, corporate claims for breach of contract; misrepresentation and fraud; breach of distribution and agency agreements; administrative law; representing defendants in class actions and mass tort claims; and environmental claims. Among Efri’s clients are private and public corporations from the food industry, pharmaceutical, e-commerce, infrastructure (transportation, energy, electricity, water desalination), insurance, traditional industries, and high-tech.
