Nataly Margalit’s practice focuses on hi-tech, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial laws.
Nataly has gained experience representing entrepreneurs, investors and startups, from the very early stages of their development through their growth and exit transactions.
Nataly also provides ongoing consultation on legal issues such as corporate governance, commercial law, private equity financing and commercial transactions.

Nataly received her LLB from the University of Haifa in 2015.
Nataly also received her BA in Economics from the University of Haifa in 2015.

Nataly was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2016.
