Paula Briffa is an Associate at Mamo TCV Advocates. She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Malta in 2020, after submitting a dissertation entitled “Past and Present: An Analysis of Expropriation Compensation Criteria.” Paula then graduated with a Master of Advocacy from the University of Malta in 2021. She was called to the Bar in 2022.

Paula joined Mamo TCV Advocates as an Associate working within the Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Department in 2023.

Paula’s main area of practice is civil and commercial litigation, with particular interest in property, tort, contract and constitutional law.
