Mojisola specializes in ship registration, ship financing, sale of ships, charter party agree- ments, maritime labour, cargo claims and the carriage of goods by sea.

Mojisola has also handled admiralty actions and disputes related to charter party and the car- riage of goods by sea, collision, and other regulatory matters at the Federal High Court.

Mojisola’s has gained knowledge over several years through her participation in various transactions for clients in the shipping industry. She acts for ship owners, ship managers, charterers, terminal operators and offshore service companies; in matters related to the Cabo- tage Act, the Local Content Act and other government regulatory compliance matters.

She graduated with a Masters in Shipping Law from the University of Cape Town in 2009 and was awarded a BIMCO eLearning Scholarship in 2016.
