Angharad’s work focuses on employment tribunals (particularly respondent work) and has particular experience of defending disability, race and age discrimination claims, for clients in the public and private sectors. Angharad has also worked with the team to successfully resolve a multi-million pound TUPE information and consultation claim.

Angharad frequently provides corporate support (including private equity) and advises a range of clients from a variety of industry sectors on contentious and non-contentious matters across a wide range of employment issues. This includes advising on disciplinary and grievance procedures, redundancies and drafting a number of employment documents such as Director’s Service Agreements and Settlement Agreements.

She takes the time to understand her client’s business to ensure that the advice given is tailored accordingly and is practical and proportionate to what they are seeking to achieve.
