Hanno Liebmann is specialised in public procurement law and construction projects since the early nineties. He supports contracting authorities as well as contractors from a variety of industries in all phases of the public procurement procedure and assists in national and international infrastructure projects. He has comprehensive experience in advising on public and private construction and transport projects with a strong focus on contract and claim management.

Key parts of his work are litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution in Austria and abroad.

Hanno Liebmann is well known for his talks on public procurement and construction law, teaching assignments and publications such as the commentary on railway law, which was published by Manz.

Hanno Liebmann has been a partner at SAXINGER since 2010. Previously he worked as a lawyer in Vienna and before that from 1996 to 1998 in Paris. He has been a lawyer since 1993.

Education

Hanno Liebmann completed his degree course in law at the University of Graz. Graduated with a degree in law (Mag.iur.) in 1987. Between 1988 and 1993 he was an associate at commercial law firms in Vienna. During this traineeship, Hanno Liebmann completed his doctorate at the University of Vienna. Doctorate in law, with the title “Dr.iur.”, in 1992, passed his lawyer’s examination in 1993 with distinction.
