Mario DI STEFANO is the Founding and Managing Partner of DSM Avocats à la Cour. With a career spanning over 25 years in the legal field, Mario is recognized for his expertise in Commercial and Corporate Law, M&A, Real Estate, Tax, and Labor Law. He is a member of the Bars of Luxembourg (Grand Duchy of Luxembourg) and Frankfurt am Main (Germany).

In 2004, Mario founded DSM Avocats à la Cour, which has since grown to become one of Luxembourg’s most reputable independent Luxembourg business law firms, boasting a team of over 40 dedicated lawyers and staff.
Mario’s dedication to delivering exceptional legal services has earned him recognition and accolades from leading legal directories.
