Career
Peter litigates in cases concerning material damage and related coverage issues on general liability and property or technical insurances. These cases include for example product liability claims and fire and construction related claims.
Furthermore, Peter his practice concerns product safety and product recall, in which he represents both manufacturers and insurers and the drafting of insurance policies and advice on (international) policy disputes.
Peter is lecturer at the PO-course Current Events in Liability Law at the VU Law Academy.
