Position

Mark is a Partner in the Property Litigation team, specialising in commercial and residential contentious property matters.

Mark has experience in advising clients on possession and dilapidation claims, adverse possession, boundary and right of way disputes and landlord and tenant issues including where such issues arise in insolvency situations. Mark has represented clients in the County Court, High Court and in the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber).

Mark advises businesses in relation to any licencing issues they may have. In particular, Mark has experience in premises licence applications and representing clients at licencing review hearings.

Mark is a member of the Property Litigation Association and the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners.
