Marie is a partner in the corporate team in Fieldfisher’s Brussels office.
Career
Marie is an expert in corporate law with more than 25 years’ experience spent advising clients in national and cross-border transaction and structuring work. Her field of competences includes M&A and private equity (structuring, due diligence, negotiations, share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, financing, ancillary agreements, security package), joint-ventures, mergers and demergers, corporate governance, financial law (including bond issues, public take-over bids and listings) and real estate.
She has also been involved in major international files, coordinating the work of professionals acting in different disciplines (including lawyers) in more than 15 countries.
