Career
Justyna specializes in intellectual property law, particularly in the trademark, industrial design, unfair competition, and copyright laws.
Her experience in trademark and industrial design cases brought before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the Polish Patent Office was gained in Warsaw law firms. In the years 2018/2019 she was an EUIPO trainee within the Pan-European Seal Professional Traineeship Programme, where she was acting in the capacity of an expert in trademarks.

Justyna is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University and completed an LL.M. programme in the International Business Law of the Católica Global School of Law in Lisbon. She was the holder of a scholarship of Bank Millenium BCP in Portugal. During her studies, she participated twice in the Erasmus programme, within which she studied at the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya in Barcelona and worked as a trainee in a Valencia law firm. She attended the IP School at the H. Grocjusz Centre of IP Rights in Cracow and completed the advocate traineeship at the District Chamber of Advocates in Warsaw.
