Career

Levent Yetkil joined ASC Law in 2008. He is a member of the firm’s Consultancy Department , under which the firm’s Banking and Finance, Commercial, Corporate, Debt Restructuring, M&A and Capital Markets, and Project Finance practices are found. Levent was promoted to Senior Associate in 2013, and elevated to Partner in 2017. 

In just the past several years, Levent has taken a lead role in many of ASC Law’s primary domestic, and cross-border, finance – including project finance – and debt restructuring transactions, the total value of which approaches several billions of dollars. He is also deeply experienced with the preparation and negotiating of documentation for a wide variety of commercial deals, with a focus on energy and other infrastructure construction projects. As such, Levent is expert with regard to FIDIC-based engineering, procurement, and construction (“EPC”) agreements.

Levent has been recognized by the Legal 500 as a “Next Generation Partner.”
