Position

Annerie specializes in property and financing of this property. She assists companies with Dutch and international property transactions, financing, refinancing and project development as well as drafting all other types of property (and other) agreements. In addition, Annerie advises companies on preparing, formulating and carrying out national and international tenders. Annerie advises hospitals and universities regarding their real estate portfolio and the finance related items thereof. Furthermore she advises companies structuring and setting up property funds and preparing and drafting the related financing documents.

Annerie was appointed as civil law notary in 1996. Annerie holds various board and advisory positions, both in the property area and the Dutch notarial profession.

Memberships

As from January 2021 Annerie is chair of the Board of the Royal Dutch Notary Association and as of January 2023 member of the board of the CNUE (Council of Notariats of the European Union). She chaired the Amsterdam chapter of the Royal Dutch Notary Association from 2008 to 2012.

 

Annerie has been involved in several major property projects within the Netherlands, and is regularly asked to provide input to various committees aiming to strengthen the Dutch property sector.
