Taco de Lange is a partner and civil-law notary at AKD who specialises in real estate and area development. Taco advises national and international clients on transactions, joint ventures, transformation projects, infrastructure, financings, risk analyses and legal design. He also focuses on logistical real estate and hotels/leisure.

Taco acts for leading (inter)national institutional investors, financiers, housing associations, government bodies, area and property developers, sovereign wealth funds and family (investment) companies. His clients appreciate his exceptional negotiating skills, his thorough knowledge of real estate and his commercial attitude.

According to Chambers: ‘Clients identify Taco de Lange as a stand-out notary. “He’s our legal conscience, I wouldn’t do anything without him knowing”, said one.’ The Legal 500 wrote: ‘Taco de Lange demonstrates excellent negotiating skills’ and: ‘technically and commercially strong’.
