Tom Binder is a lawyer at AKD who specialises in European and competition law. Tom advises and represents clients on, among other things, filing notifications for mergers and acquisitions, cartel arrangements and the abuse of dominant positions. He also advises on EU state aid law and procurement law. Tom’s clients include government bodies and businesses. Tom also worked as a junior lecturer in International and European Law at Utrecht University. During that period he co-wrote academic publications on various sub-areas of European law.
