Ohad is a Partner in the firm’s Corporate and M&A, Banking and Finance, Hi-Tech and Technology Departments.

Ohad has vast experience in financial and securities regulation, representing high tech companies, new age banking regulation (Payment institutions, EMI’s, Specialized banks, etc.), investment structuring, asset management, and day-to-day corporate housekeeping of highly regulated public and financial companies.

In addition to providing ongoing legal advice as a General Counsel, Ohad held various Business Development positions adding to his expertise with FinTech companies which combine finances and technologies (digital banking, blockchain, payment methods, money transfers and etc.), in particular, the placing of international platforms and licenses in various derivatives related to the entrepreneurial financial world together with enforcement and compliance issues.
