Career

Nir is a Partner in our Litigation Department. Nir specializes in commercial litigation and represents corporations and individuals in disputes in all the fields of civil, commercial and administrative law, and in all the judicial instances and arbitration, including cross-border arbitration.

Nir has a broad experience in complex litigation practice. Nir represented the firm’s clients, inter alia, in various commercial disputes (including in the fields of M&A and corporate control disputes) and administrative applications, including in the field of tenders.

Nir also has extensive experience representing defendants in derivative suits as well as class actions involving corporate and securities matters, insurance, banking, consumer and communications law.

Nir has represented  the largest private and public companies in Israel, including various telecom and hi-tech companies, credit card companies and banks, insurance companies, real estate companies and more. Nir has also represented government-owned companies.
