Career
Roger Ammann is a partner in Walder Wyss’ Banking & Finance Team. He advises banks, other financial institutions and corporate clients on all aspects of finance transactions, capital market transactions and generally on regulatory, corporate law and securities matters. In finance, he focuses on leveraged finance, asset-based finance (including real estate), structured finance, securitisation transactions and bond issuances.
Before joining Walder Wyss he worked during several years as attorney for leading Swiss law firms in Zurich.
