Nick has worked in our corporate team since 2004. As well as working on corporate acquisitions and disposals, MBO’s and other corporate work, Nick deals with bank lending for clients involved in corporate transactions. He also advises UK and foreign banks on lending and taking security and has acted on matters where lending has been in excess of £50 million.
He also has experience in dealing with:
