Jan Vreys is part of the Corporate and Finance Practice Group.

He focuses his activities on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and financial law. In addition, he represents clients in commercial disputes.

He has extensive experience in advising and assisting companies in respect of cross-border M&A transactions. He has also advised on several PPP projects, in particular their corporate aspects, such as joint venture agreements.

Throughout the years he has developed a solid expertise in the area of international not-for-profit associations.
