Heddy Ludvigsen is partner and specializes in public procurement law. She assists contractors and private suppliers during all phases of the procurement process, including the complaint processing procedures. Her experience covers a broad spectrum of practice areas, such as construction, the technology sector, health and concession contracts.

Additionally, Heddy has extensive experience within state aid, competition law and general EU/EEA law. Her combined expertise and experience within all aspects of EU/EEA law allows her to adapt her advice to our clients’ various needs and challenges.
