Vegard André Fiskerstrand

Vegard André Fiskerstrand is a partner and specialises in capital markets transactions, securities law, M&A and financial services, with a focus on public and international transactions.
Vegard has participated as a legal advisor in several larger capital market transactions in the Norwegian market, both on the issuer and the manager side. He also has experience from larger M&A transactions, finance transactions with debt capital, regulatory matters and corporate law and securities law advise.
