Alexis Pailleret is a partner within Gide’s Mergers & Acquisitions / Corporate practice group in Paris.

He acts on M&A transactions (acquisition, disposals, joint ventures) mainly in the infrastructure and energy sectors, alongside the firm’s Public Law & Environment, and Projects (Finance & Infrastructure), and Banking & Finance practice groups.

Within these sectors, Alexis advises investment funds, major corporates, lenders and developers, on both domestic and cross-border transactions.
