Admitted to the Paris and New York Bars, partner Caroline Lan specialises in private equity and M&A. She advises executive teams in the structuring / restructuring of management incentive plans in connection with leveraged management buyouts (LMBOs), IPOs and with respect to  build-ups and takeovers.

She is also involved in the implementation of employee share ownership plans. Caroline also assists clients in the governance of listed companies.

Before joining Gide, Caroline Lan was a partner in the Corporate & Securities department of Mayer Brown Paris. Caroline holds a Masters in Business Law, Taxation and Accounting from the Faculty of Law of Aix-en-Provence and a Master of Laws (LL.M) from the University of Connecticut – Uconn Law School (USA).
