Career
Luiz Blanc is a partner and attorney at Gilat, Bareket & Co. He joined the firm in 2000 and has since represented major national and international clients in matters of intellectual property in a broad variety of sectors and industries. His practice focuses on trademarks, unfair competition, dispute resolution, industrial designs, copyrights, and IP licensing.
Mr Blanc has an extensive track record concerning litigation and enforcement proceedings before all levels of Israeli courts, as well as opposition, cancellation, revocation, and complex prosecution proceedings before the Registrar of Patents, Designs, and Trademarks.
With more than two decades of experience, Mr. Blanc has been involved in complex trademark litigation and prosecution proceedings at all court levels and jurisdictions throughout Israel.
