Position

As a member of the Transactions practice group, Dominik Rietiker is primarily active in the areas of national and international M&A transactions, corporate succession arrangements and general corporate and commercial law. His main focus lies on private equity and venture capital financing. He also provides notarial services.

Dominik Rietiker completed his law studies at the University of Zurich in 2016. He then worked as a trainee in a large business law firm in Zurich and subsequently as a law clerk at the Cantonal Court of Zug.

Since 2019 he is admitted to practice as an attorney at law and notary public. Before joining Wenger & Vieli Ltd., Dominik Rietiker worked as an attorney at law for a Big Four (audit firm) in Zurich in the areas of financial market and supervisory law.
