Ségolène Coiffet, Partner, specialises in debt restructuring, distressed companies, insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings, and particularly within the framework of international transactions.

She advises creditors, banks, lease-finance and factoring institutions, providers, as well as companies and their managers and shareholders in the context of disputes opposing them to their commercial partners and in relation to the negotiation and prevention of these disputes.

She also intervenes in commercial, banking and financial litigation cases.

Career

She started her career in the litigation and white-collar crime departments of the law firms Poulain & Associés (2007-2008), Ribeyre & Associés (2006), Delsol & Associés (2001-2006) and La Phuong & Castelli (1998-2001) before joining De Pardieu Brocas Maffei as an associate in 2008, where she was appointed as Counsel in 2014 and as Partner in July 2017.
