Career

Christoph Brogyányi is a partner at DORDA and has been with the firm since 1997. He is an expert on corporate law and corporate reorganisations, M&A, takeover law and capital markets. Christoph not only co-heads the firm’s capital markets team, but also advises Austrian and international corporate clients and investment banks on corporate matters (including corporate reorganisations) with or without M&A context. His area of expertise includes joint ventures as well as syndicate/shareholders agreements for private, pre-IPO and listed companies.
Christoph is a lecturer at the Danube University Krems. He is also the author of several publications in the field of corporate law.
