Position

Vincent S. Reardon is a Swiss corporate lawyer who focuses his practice on transactions and financing rounds in the life sciences industry. He advises clients on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions and listing opportunities through initial public offerings (IPOs) or business combinations with a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC). Having assisted founders, investors, entrepreneurs and academics over several years in the life sciences field, Vincent is well versed in identifying, managing and aligning diverging interests in transactional settings. Vincent also provides guidance on corporate governance matters, strategic considerations and other business topics at the management and board levels of life science companies.

Career

Vincent was admitted to the bar in Switzerland in 2012. He joined VISCHER as an Associate in 2015 and has been working as a Managing Associate since July 2020. Prior to joining VISCHER, he worked as a counsel to the legal department of a Fortune 500 company in the United States and as a corporate lawyer in a leading law firm based in Geneva.
