Career

Liam joined the firm as a trainee in June 2019, and has since graduated with LLB (Hons.) from the University of Malta in 2020 and with a Masters in Advocacy from the same University in 2021. In the course of his studies for the first degree he submitted a dissertation entitled ‘The 2016 Common (Consolidated) Corporate Tax Base Proposals: A Step towards harmonisation of Corporate Tax Policies and their Legislative Implications for Malta’.

As part of the CP training programme Liam has been assigned work in various practice areas ranging from Capital Markets to Mergers and Acquisitions.

Upon admission to practice Liam intends to further his career principally in the areas of Capital Markets, Corporate and Commercial, and Mergers and Acquisitions.
